Here’s a recipe you won’t see Jamie Oliver knocking up on the back of his moped…muscle rub. He would approve of the organic ingredients though, as this uses historically and medically proven natural ingredients.

Get yourself a tub of organic coconut oil, some comfrey oil, which is good for joints and bones, some chickweed, which is a good to reduce swelling and pain, a dash of arnica, a good glug of olive oil and heat slowly for a few hours before adding some organic beeswax. Throw in some eye of newt if you like, tap the cauldron three times and hey presto, you have premium grade muscle and joint rub.
