Sitting outside in dappled sunlight drinking latte and reading Amateur Photographer magazine I read in a little side article about the marketing mans’ fervour for all things retro in camera styling, it claimed the interesting, if frightening note that more images have been created in the last five years than the previous one hundred and fifty. Interestingly that ties into a subject in Dan Browns book, Inferno, where overpopulation if the planet is at critical mass and some pestilence is required to thin us out… Still, before that happens, I’m hoping that Fuji create the X-Pro 2 in the same classic style as a 1958 Leica M3. Retrotastic!

About Photonbox

Photonbox is a portfolio and photography blog of my work and others. The others are the great and the good, shining examples of great photography. My own work by contrast is a soft glow, but practice makes perfect…
